Frank Dasaro

Hello! My name is Frank Dasaro and I love all types of Motorsports. I’ve been working on cars before I could even drive, my first real build was my time attack 2003 Wrx I started building in 2015 . Drifting was always my favorite Motorsport to watch, but didn’t officially start building my drift FRS until about 4 years ago. Whether it’s building or driving, cars have always been my number one passion. I do other action sports such as surfing and competitive shooting but cars always come first. I have a very outgoing personality and sense of humor. I also like to challenge myself and pushing my skills in driving. My builds and driving have taken a lot of inspiration from drivers like Animal Style, Mitsuru Harigucci and Naoki Nakumura while still adding my own flair. Currently trying to get more active in social media since starting my drift team with friends that aspire to make it to final bout in the next year to compete with other likeminded drivers. Hoping to start our YouTube channel this month to document our fun on and off the track! Outside of cars I work as a Manufacturing operator.

My Vehicle:

My car is a 2013 scion FRS, engine is stock block and turbo charged with Fullblowns performance equal length Garrett 2867r kit. Full Tomei titanium exhaust from downpipe back, tial 44mm gate, tial BOV, p tuning flex fuel kit, injector dynamics 1000’s, blitz and burst speed engine dress up parts. Car is currently making 400 hp on e-85 tuned by Zach Tucker at counterspace garage. 

Suspension/ drivetrain is Stance coils, full gktech super lock angle kit, full Parts by max rear arms, gktech subframe risers and differential mounts, tomei 2-way LSD, GKtech dual calipers, Rays gram light 57dr wheels. IRP short shifter and every bushing/ arm on the car has been upgraded to poly or heim joints.

Interior is Recaro spg bucket seat, GKtech Hydro, 326 power steering wheel, custom factory ebrake delete.

Exterior is Charge speed front lip, TRD side skirts, Bayson R roof wing, 326 power Neo project Keitemain low wing custom made to fit, Valenti headlights and sequential tails, rear bash bar, Blitz tow hooks and subtle livery to match my team/ my favorite parts companies used on the build. 

I’ve done all the work on the car myself and take a lot of pride in it.  I have collaborated and provided data with a lot of other frs, brz, gt86 drivers trying to figure out how to make the chassis perform best for grassroots Japanese inspired drifting and really push the chassis as being a good option for drifting with older more popular cars becoming scarce.
